You can connect your bot to your MessageBird channel(s).

At the moment, the WhatsApp channel type is supported.

To connect your bot to your WhatsApp business account (via MessageBird) account(s):


Step 0: Set up a MessageBird account. Step by-step manual is located here.

Step 1: Create a bot, SAVE IT.

Step 2: Go to the Channels tab -> Instant messengers 

Step 3: Click on Add new channel of type MessageBird and click Next


Step 4: Set additional settings:


Channel ID, Channel Type, User ID, Signing Key, and API Key can be found on in your MessageBird Account:




Step 5: Each bot on WhatsApp can have up to 10 Menu items. These menu items allow the user to Switch to a live chat conversation or to Finish and (re)Start an automated Quriobot chat conversation, or just an arbitrary URL which you want to put in. Those items are accessible via the special text command: /qb

Note: We have added some default texts to these items, but these can be changed, removed, or reordered:

That's it! You have now connected your bot to your WhatsApp Business account!
