Quriobot AcademyShareable reporting and how to share your (real-time) reports
Quriobot supports multiple ways of sharing reports by offering CSV and PDF downloads of the reports in our system, but we have now made it possible to allow real-time sharing of your reports!
The only thing you have to do is click on the share button and a unique link is created for you to share. You can find the Share button in each Report in the system.
Please note to be cautious with sharing your link: The link that is generated is unique and has no time or user-based validity. It will allow real-time access to your bot stats until you delete or regenerate that link!
The link is generated per bot and someone with that link will get read-only access to all of the statistics of that bot.
As you can see from the image below, the link to the shareable report gives you access to a very limited and read-only version of the Control Room. It allows you to view and download all the stats and of that specific bot.
Important note: if you want to quickly see which bots have shared their reports, just look at your dashboard. All reports that have been shared will have an additional icon.
