Storing the bot response data in Google Spreadsheet
You can store the bot response data in Google Spreadsheet using the bot response actions and a dedicated integration and the bot response action.
Step 1. Add and authorize the Google Drive integration.
Navigate to the organization integrations section:
Add the google drive integration:
Step 2. Add bot response action of type Google Spreadsheet:
Select the previously configured integration.
Select the google spreadsheet.
Optionally select the sheet (the first one is used as a fallback).
Add one or more columns for the export.
