Getting too many (empty) notifications?
By default, every enabled bot response action is executed unconditionally no matter whether the bot conversation was complete or not.
But sometimes you are just getting too many, sometimes empty, response notifications.
You can make use of the condition setting to avoid empty notifications (like only when an email address or telephone number was added):
Note: The Response connection for email was used in this example, but this can, of course, be used on any of the Response Connection types
