How to import the live chat (ticket) content from Freshdesk
If you’d like to switch to our implementation of the live chat from Freshdesk’s one, here are the steps to take:
Step 1. Create Freshdesk integration using Organisation -> Integrations page:
Where subdomain is your Freshdesk subdomain name.
And the API key can be obtained from the profile settings. Learn more here.
Step 2. From the chats page, select import creation:
Select integration type - Freshdesk
For the Integration - the previously created integration
Optionally, you limit the import scope to the selected ticket filter.
Step 3. Click save and wait for the import status to be Completed
Note that the import can be executed multiple times if needed.
