Language Settings

Quriobot is flexible and speaks many languages! The tone of voice of your Quriobot can be as funny or serious as you want it to be. It’s all in the script that you build.

Whether you want your Quriobot to be formal, informal, funny, serious, Spanish, French, or German, it’s your choice (choices in formal/informal (use Smileys!) that can be scripted by setting up multiple jumps and routes in your script)!

You can find the language settings on the Bot Settings —> Main Settings

We offer a multitude of languages that will be chosen based on your browser settings with a default fallback to English.

To save you some time, we added the option to copy all of your created scripts to a new language!

How to allow a user to change from English to another language:

We don’t provide automated translations for the conversation content, it’s under your full control, this improves the quality a lot, also the translation is very subjective in general and depends on the domain a lot.

Step 1. Go to the Bot settings —> Main Settings —> add supported languages of your choice.

Step 2. Add Language switch step type to the bot:

Step 3. Fill it’s text messages:

Step 4. Add the translated content to all other steps for the missing language translations

Dynamic bot translation

If your bot needs to support a lot of languages and you don’t have resources to translate the content manually, it’s now possible to use dynamic bot content translation via Google Translate (only for the Web channel only):

With this setting enabled, Quriobot will use your website’s current language (or selected language via the language switch tec as a target language for the translation.
