How to attach a file, video, or audio in your conversation

For this tutorial, we’ll be showing you how to attach files, audio, or video in your conversation.

To attach a File to the chatbot follow the next steps:

Go to your Bot message you want to change —> Choose the File chat text type (on the right of your Chat Message) —> Upload your file —> Change file title if needed —> Save.

To attach an A udio File to the chatbot follow the next steps:

Go to your Bot message you want to change —> Choose the Audio file chat text type (on the right of your Chat Message) —> Upload your audio file —> Change title and behavior options if needed —> Save.

To attach a Video File to the chatbot follow the next steps:

Go to your Bot message you want to change —> Choose the Video file chat text type (on the right of your Chat Message), Upload your video file —> Change title and behavior options if needed —> Save.
