How to add previous answers as part of your chat messages

This is what makes your bot human!!

The easy steps to follow are:

Step 1: After you have created the step itself, go to Bot Settings > Advanced section to create a variable. Just give your variable a name and connect it to the right step.

Please note that using the variable name is case-sensitive

Step 2: This created variable can then be used in your chat.
