How to export and import bot content

You can export and import the bot content in CSV format.

From the bot detail page, use the dropdown menu:

This is useful for the bot content review and translation.

For the bot content translation, the steps to take would be:

• Export bot content to CSV file
• Edit the CSV file to add/correct translations
• Import bot content from the updated CSV file
• Review the applied changes and save
