Build and manage bots with the AI Copilot

The AI Copilot is a conversational assistant built into the Quriobot Control Room. Instead of clicking through every setting, describe what you want in plain language and the Copilot does it for you — building bots from scratch, editing flows, wiring up integrations, and more.

Opening the Copilot#

Click the Ask Copilot launcher in the bottom-right corner of the Control Room. A chat panel opens on the side — you can drag it, resize it, and it remembers where you left it.

Chatting with the Copilot#

Just type what you need. The Copilot understands your bots and your organisation, asks follow-up questions when it needs more detail, and shows its work as it goes.

What you can ask it to do#

• Build a new bot from a short description — for example, “a lead-capture bot for my plumbing business with a GDPR consent step”.
• Edit existing flows — add, rename, reorder, or remove steps and branches, and change menu options and jump logic.
• Set up channels — web, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and more.
• Configure integrations — OpenAI for AI answers, Google Drive, Freshdesk, and others.
• Set up live-chat handoff to your team.
• Analyse performance — pull reports and bot statistics.
• Manage knowledge bases, contacts, and organisation settings.

Confirm or auto-execute#

By default the Copilot asks you to confirm before it makes any change, so you always stay in control. Switch on auto-execute to let it apply a whole sequence of changes without stopping at each step — handy when building a complete bot in one go.

Tips#

• Be specific about your goal. The Copilot can ask follow-up questions, but a clear first message gets you there faster.
• It works on the bot or page you are currently viewing, and can navigate the Control Room for you.
• After it builds or edits a bot, it saves your work and shows a summary of the flow so you can verify every branch.
