Can I use my own font?

Yes, you can! It will require a bit of CSS magic though as the fonts need to be imported. But basically, it’s just copy-paste. just follow this:

Enable the developer mode
Go to the Bot Settings > Advanced section
Go to the Custom CSS for the bot chat at the bottom
Add the source of your font (using @import does not work due to security reasons) and assign the font to your bot.

In the code example below, Fira sans is chosen as a font. To get the source of the font, you simply go to the corresponding font URL: https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Fira%20Sans
